The HAM-TMC Library provides borrowing libraries with extensive interlibrary loan services. The HAM-TMC Library is pleased to be able to assist other libraries in fulfilling the information needs of their patrons. The HAM-TMC Library also serves as the Regional Medical Library for the South Central Region of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM SCR).

Any library who needs loans or photocopies from the HAM-TMC Library's collection may request Lending Services. There are fees associated with Lending Services.

Libraries using HAM-TMC's Lending Services may pay by OCLC IFM, EFTS, or by monthly invoice. EFTS and IFM methods are preferred. All payments must be in US dollars. You can pay invoices via credit card if you wish.
We accept requests via DOCLINE, OCLC, FAX and US MAIL (ALA-form). Requests for RUSH service should be entered on the appropriate system (DOCLINE or OCLC) and a copy of the request should be faxed to our office.
Materials borrowed from the HAM-TMC Library may be kept for three (3) weeks. Items may be renewed for an additional two (2) weeks.
Our serials (bound and unbound), and materials from our Special Collections do not circulate. Requests for scans or copies from Special Collections materials should be directed to Alisa Hemphill, 713-799-7105, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
