The HAM-TMC Library Photocopy Service provides you with high-quality copies of documents (journal articles and book chapters) from materials WITHIN the HAM-TMC Library collection.

Who Can Use Photocopy Services

Cardholders and Non-Cardholders alike are welcome to use Photocopy Services. There are fees associated with Photocopy Services.

Payment Methods

You may pay by cash, check, credit card, Grant/PO number, or by invoice (HCMS Physicians and faculty only).

How Long Does It Take?

Our standard turnaround time for Photocopy Services requests is 1-2 days, though most of our requests are prepared and ready for pickup or delivery within 24 hours. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

How Will I Receive My Documents?

A wide variety of delivery methods are available to you:

  • Pickup: You can pick up your documents at the Circulation Desk
  • Web Delivery: You can have your documents scanned and posted to a secure website for downloading/printing.
  • Mail: You can have your documents sent to you via US Mail.
  • Fax: We can fax your documents to you (additional fees may apply for long-distance faxes).

How Do I Place A Request?

All users should place their PC/ILL requests through our web-based requesting system. If your requests often come from a search done on the PubMed or NLM Gateway, consider signing up for the Loansome Doc service, which provides you with an easy way to electronically request materials.
