Remote Access Registration
A Remote Access login is now necessary to access electronic resources, regardless of your physical location (except inside the Library). You must be affiliated with a Texas Medical Center institution to register. If you have any late fees outstanding, they must be paid before you can access electronic resources.
To register, fill out the form below. Once you have submitted it, you will receive a verification email and, after you click the URL provided, you will then be emailed your username and password. The process usually only takes a few minutes unless your institution requires that we verify your affiliation with them. If you have not received your username and password via e-mail within two business days, please contact the Circulation Desk at 713.799.7146.
To log in: You will be prompted to enter your Library username and password whenever you want to access a journal article, database, or ebook that the Library subscribes to.
If you forget your password, simply re-register. Existing users will receive an e-mail with their login information. If trying this doesn't help, please contact the Circulation staff at 713.799.7146 or email ras.check@exch.library.tmc.edu
To change your password, click here. Updating your record takes about five minutes.
